Ingredients
- 2½ c. whole milk
- 1¾ c. sugar
- 1 c. whipping cream
- 6 tbsp. fresh lemon juice
- 2 tsp. lemon zest
Directions
- 1: In a large bowl, whisk together all ingredients until sugar dissolves.
- 2: Pour mixture into ice-cream maker; process according to manufacturer instructions.
